Privacy Policy

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, such as information submitted through contact forms.

We may also collect basic technical information necessary to operate and improve the platform.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how CityTube is used, such as the pages and videos viewed, the categories chosen and sign-ups. It uses the random ID in the Google Analytics cookie (_ga), your IP address and, when you are signed in, your account’s random internal ID and account type — never your name or email address. Google processes this data as our processor and may transfer it to the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use it for advertising, and you can withdraw your consent at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer.

We do not sell personal information.

You may contact us if you have questions about privacy or your personal information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as CityTube develops.
